sales service team that understands the products and end-customer
applications. Our staff AVERAGES over 15 years of service
and sales in jumbo laser rolls and computer paper. They
know how to be listen to customer needs.
Starcom uses a 3rd party carrier network to exceed
'normal' delivery requirements. We promise one to two
day delivery on most orders east of the Mississippi,
and have the ability to use inter-modal rail service
to/ from West coast. We also have national distribution
warehouses to support local inventory needs for customers.
Finally, we have an ongoing investment in IT to reduce
transaction costs for us and our customers. We are E-commerce
enabled, and are committed to being the most technically
sophisticated manufacturer in the US.
