Starcom's world-class facility was designed for truck-to-truck product flow and very high volumes. It is 120,000 square feet, with warehouse ceilings up to 35 feet high. There are 28 dock doors, as well as indoor rail access to inventory.

The plant has a highly efficient, quality conversion process. It uses wide webs for highest throughput. Starcom also has developed proprietary technology to enhance laser rolls quality. (See Plant Tour Video.) Vacuums are used to reduce dust and sheer punching mechanisms eliminate chad. All work to ensure the best end product on the market.
